Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable neural network architectures for state-of-the-art LLMs.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production deployment.
- Lead the research and integration of novel fine-tuning techniques, including RLHF and DPO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into advanced AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robustness in model outputs.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or leading open-source AI projects.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and vector space mathematics.
- Experience with distributed computing (Ray, Kubernetes, Spark) and GPU optimization (CUDA).
