Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and algorithms focusing on next-gen LLMs.
- Optimize large-scale transformer architectures for low-latency, high-volume real-time inference.
- Lead a team of ML researchers in pushing the boundaries of AI safety, alignment, and interpretability.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate complex AI features into consumer and enterprise applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research papers and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/ JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, MLOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
