Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts by 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Interface with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology thought leaders
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author white papers on emerging tech impacts across healthcare, energy, and urban systems
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D consortia
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author in futurism journals or industry thought leadership
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
