Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in futurism/strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech implications
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic AI
- Track record scaling ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Glimpse)
- Experience with policy advisory for tech ethics (e.g., EU AI Act)
