- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products (3+ launches)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough research
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Experience with federal tech grant applications ($1M+ secured)
- Fluency in at least one emerging tech domain (neurotech, fusion, etc.)
