Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on future market landscapes and competitive threats
- Design innovation incubators for emerging business models and revenue streams aligned with 2026 global megatrends
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy, R&D priorities, and investment decisions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and build internal foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
