Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption and market disruption pathways
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs to forecast industry shifts
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through advanced data analytics and predictive modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic disruption vectors
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to executive audiences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals preferred
