Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop quantitative trend models forecasting adoption curves for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging innovations with existing product ecosystems
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Coordinate cross-functional sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications establishing industry benchmarks
- Manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend mapping frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future strategy
