Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and execute innovation pilots with measurable ROI targets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and market readiness
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology deployment and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTM) or equivalent
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
