- Produce forward-looking white papers and market disruption reports for stakeholder briefings
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating sustainability and ethical AI principles
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and service offerings
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, geopolitical shifts) and their business implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or thought leadership
