Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to develop 5-year strategic frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams executing future-focused innovation initiatives
- Develop scenario models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping topics
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex narrative development
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
