Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological landscapes
- Analyze quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI convergence patterns
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruption vectors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and anticipate paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic roadmapping for 5-10 year horizons
