Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities in climate-tech and neuro-interface technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype quantum-resistant security solutions
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Represent company at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership channels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong stakeholder management skills across executive, academic, and government sectors
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., TrendMapper, Causal Layered Analysis)
