Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with actionable insights
- Build proprietary forecasting models using big data and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on next-gen technology validation
- Author thought leadership publications positioning company as industry futurist authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology commercialization or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions with documented accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published research or patents in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
