Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
