Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite clients across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Translate complex trend analysis into actionable business strategies and innovation roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Design proprietary methodologies for exponential trend detection and impact assessment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario-planning skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
