Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Present findings to investors and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience working with C-suite in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Strong proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
