Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-convergence) for market disruption potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate foresight into board-ready strategic initiatives
- Curate and lead exclusive Future Vision Summits with industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of futurists and technologists
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend reports for stakeholder education
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global corporations
