You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic advantage while mentoring our next-generation innovation lab.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-stakeholder foresight initiatives mapping technological, societal, and economic shifts through 2026
- Develop predictive models for emerging disruptions (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Design and facilitate executive workshops translating future scenarios into strategic roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work and industry disruption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify ROI of foresight initiatives through scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, neuromorphic computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning and global trend analysis
- Strong background in innovation management with measurable impact metrics
