Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Perform basic network setup, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security best practices.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and secure IT environment.
Qualifications
