Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry transformations through 2026
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption across product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking methodologies into organizational culture and decision-making processes
- Establish and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders to inform strategic foresight initiatives
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and whitepapers that guide executive-level strategic planning
- Mentor junior strategists to cultivate next-generation futurist capabilities within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for communicating complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile, fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
