Responsibilities
- Complete 8-week paid training program covering IT fundamentals, networking, security protocols, and cloud technologies
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT solutions and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in continuous learning through monthly tech workshops
- Support network security initiatives and compliance measures
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
