- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts for key industries
- Design innovation frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for emerging technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Champion ethical innovation standards across product development and corporate strategy
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applying foresight methodologies to product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing industry-defining trend analyses (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum technology convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience facilitating executive-level workshops with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic research institutions
- Proficient in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
