You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to identify emerging paradigms in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational capabilities for the post-2025 era.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technological trajectories into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformations
- Oversee R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or whitepapers
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable impact
- Global network of tech ecosystem connections
