Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities
- Facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Design and prototype future-focused concepts using rapid iteration methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and inspire organizational change
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to market validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and disruptive business models
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or trend analyses
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
