Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Produce executive-level trend reports with quantitative and qualitative predictive modeling
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive technologies and regulatory shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
