- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios using AI-powered trend analysis and cross-industry data synthesis
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic R&D roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Maintain proprietary trend database and forecast models using machine learning frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and weak signal detection
- Technical fluency in AI/ML tools for data visualization and predictive modeling
