Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable predictions for AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 100 clients on 2026 market disruptions
- Design and deploy AI-powered trend-forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Manage a $3M innovation portfolio focused on emerging technologies
- Present at Davos, TED, and UN summits as our futurist ambassador
- Mentor a team of 5 junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent research leadership
- Published peer-reviewed work on exponential technologies or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, R, and Tableau for trend analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Fluency in English with strong Mandarin/Spanish preferred for global engagement
