Your insights will directly shape product development, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial offerings
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/DF, APF) preferred
- Experience publishing thought leadership in tech/futurism publications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
