Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for disruptive technologies, market signals, and geopolitical shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings
- Champion foresight methodologies across organizational silos
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging opportunities
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into market advantage
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused platforms
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
