Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for emerging markets
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present visionary scenarios to executive leadership and investors
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing successful future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leader in innovation or futurism publications
