- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 5-year horizon forecasts
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or technology journals
