Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for organizational transformation
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
