Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative foresight models using proprietary AI platforms to forecast industry evolution and market opportunities
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, energy, and technology sectors
- Deliver executive briefings and trend analysis reports to C-suite leadership across global organizations
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience advising C-level executives
