Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Design scenario-planning models for multinational corporations navigating technological disruption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future-state solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology domains
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Track record of influencing Fortune 500 strategic decisions
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
