- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive leadership
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-facing concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Represent company at future-focused conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced tech R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
