Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 Vision roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Architect high-performance, scalable machine learning pipelines and data lakes to support predictive analytics.
- Mentor a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with deploying advanced AI models in production environments.
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, industry speaking engagements, and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or platforms that have had significant market impact.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and responsible AI development.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or futuristic computing paradigms is a major plus.
