Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design and launch Horizon Labs' annual 2026 Global Futures Index
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential future scenarios
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong network with futurist communities and research institutions
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
