Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms pre-2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Author whitepapers on future-proofing methodologies and scenario planning
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Build quantitative models predicting industry evolution trajectories
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects aligned with 2026 megatrends
- Represent the company at Davos-level futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready business models
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent expertise
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK)
- Portfolio of successful 5+ year strategic initiatives
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystem dynamics (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
