Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact research reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into development roadmaps
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future trends and strategic positioning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to assess disruption risks across industries
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of translating future insights into successful business strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
