Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate future intelligence into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future technology paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of emerging tech stack (AI, Web3, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping initiatives implemented
- Experience managing cross-continental research teams and budgets
