Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with human behavioral patterns
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Architect the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D investments with long-term market evolution
- Mentor junior futurists and develop proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed journals or industry publications)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent professional credentials
