Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable scenarios
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into innovation processes
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic vision documents
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-focused strategies
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
