We're seeking visionary strategists to decode emerging trends, develop long-term innovation roadmaps, and guide our organization through the next wave of disruptive technologies. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, technical acumen, and cross-functional leadership to transform future possibilities into actionable business strategies.
As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments and shape our market position for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into strategic product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs to track emerging technologies
- Design and implement foresight methodologies including Delphi studies, expert panels, and predictive modeling
- Advise C-suite on risk mitigation strategies for technological disruption and ethical implications
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Strong proficiency in futures research methodologies (STEEP, causal layered analysis, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
