Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for the 2026 Vision program, identifying disruptive trends across tech, society, and markets
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps to prepare organizational strategy for 2026+ transformations
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for long-term competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Curate thought leadership content and industry keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in exponential technology trends and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational initiatives
- Published thought leader in future-focused publications or platforms
- Ability to synthesize diverse data sources into actionable strategic insights
