Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (quantum, AI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in futures research preferred
