Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision initiative, defining long-term goals and operational milestones for the company.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to predict their impact on our industry.
- Identify and assess disruptive market trends, providing actionable insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Develop comprehensive foresight frameworks and scenario planning models to mitigate future risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate future-proofing into current roadmaps.
- Present complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders with clarity and persuasive power.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Studies, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurism.
- Proven track record of forecasting major industry shifts and successfully navigating uncertainty.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic modeling software.
