Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or circular economy modeling
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (Desired)
