Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future strategy
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
