- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for future-proofing products
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor a global futurist talent pipeline
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
